I'm from the beautiful Hunter Valley in NSW. I’m a proud mum of two amazing adult children and a very lucky grandmother to five wonderful grandkids—three boys and two girls—ranging in age from 3 to 21.
For 45 years, I worked in education, with the last 20 years as a Principal across three different primary schools. While there were many highlights throughout my career—especially the joy of working with the incredible children in my care—what truly inspired me was mentoring my staff and watching them grow into confident, capable leaders.
Personal development has always been a passion of mine. I’ve spent years immersed in books, seminars, and workshops—all with the goal of becoming the best version of myself and helping others do the same.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: When I retired three years ago, I knew I wasn't done yet. I needed to keep growing, contributing and creating something that felt meaningful. More than that, I wanted the freedom and income to travel to visit my son and his family in the UK-and to do so as often and as comfortably as I liked.
My husband and I love to travel together and have many places on our bucket list so needed something portable, flexible and worthwhile.
I explored all kinds of opportunities. Volunteering, hobbies and even part-time roles but nothing felt quite right. I was searching for something with more purpose, something that aligned with who I am now. Then one day, I saw a Facebook ad that sparked my curiosity. I clicked the link. I chatted to an associate, watched a video and was interested.
What stood out for me was the focus on personal development. It felt like the missing piece. I realised I'd found a way to continue helping others grow, while also building a business that aligned with my values and supported the lifestyle of which I was dreaming.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: Personal development has been a big part of my life for many years. Even during my time in Education, I was always reading, learning and exploring new ideas to become a better leader-and a better version of myself.
I've been a fan of Mel Robbins, and her six-step plan for achieving goals truly resonated with me. Two things in particular stuck with me.
1. A goal not written down is just a dream.
2. A plan without action will never come to life.
That wisdom lit a spark in me.
